Beth Fuller, BSW, CMC,  Founder/Aging Life Care Expert™

I found my passion for working with people early in life, by volunteering at a State Hospital in Indiana while in high school. While attending the University of Evansville, I initiated  a work release program between the Evansville State Hospital and the company providing food service to the university. A move to escape the mid-western cold brought me to Tucson and I fell in love with the desert.

I worked as a case manager for the Division of Developmental Disabilities  and later at Southern Arizona Mental Health Center working with seriously mentally ill adults.  I continued to work with those populations and older adults as a care manager for a private fiduciary, and later for an elderlaw firm, both in Tucson.

I am an advanced professional member of the Aging Life Care Association, a member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, The AZ Geriatric Society. I am a former board Vice President of the non-profit  Funeral Consumers Alliance of Arizona and still volunteer when I can.

I enjoy time visiting my kids, and walks with Duke (see picture below), being outside, cycling, gardening, and scuba diving when I can get away.

In 2016, I founded Tucson Life Care, LLC to provide care management with attention to details that I think make a difference.  We are now doing business as TLC Coordination & Advocacy.

Ariana Del Cid, BPHA, Care Manager

I have always enjoyed helping people within my community. I was born in Tucson and then have lived here since I began college at the University of Arizona. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and have been in the social work field ever since. I worked as a case manager for a local non-profit organization, SAAF, and later transitioned into child welfare for the Arizona Department of Child Safety. I have a medical background as well that I gained while working as an emergency room technician in my earlier years. I love Tucson and giving back to the community when I can. I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs, traveling, and exercising. I am excited to be part of the TLC Coordination & Advocacy team as a Care Manager!
