Beth Fuller, BSW, CMC, owner/Aging Life Care Expert™
I found my passion for working with people early in life, by volunteering at a State Hospital in Indiana while in high school. While attending the University of Evansville, I initiated a work release program between the Evansville State Hospital and the company providing food service to the university. A move to escape the mid-western cold brought me to Tucson and I fell in love with the desert.
I worked as a case manager for the Division of Developmental Disabilities and later at Southern Arizona Mental Health Center working with seriously mentally ill adults. I continued to work with those populations and older adults as a care manager for a private fiduciary, and later for an elderlaw firm, both in Tucson.
I am an advanced professional member of the Aging Life Care Association™, a member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, The AZ Geriatric Society. I am a former board Vice President of the non-profit Funeral Consumers Alliance of Arizona and still volunteer when I can.
I enjoy time visiting my kids, and walks with Duke (see picture below), being outside, cycling, gardening, and scuba diving when I can get away.
In 2016, I founded Tucson Life Care, LLC to provide care management with attention to details that I think make a difference. We are now doing business as TLC Coordination & Advocacy.
